By age 40 we usually have used up our alkaline reservoir and we become acidic. Our bones are the only main source the body has to acquire alkaline to balance the huge acid build-up we create. Stomach acid, metabolic processes and things like soft drinks overtax our fragile pH balance. To normalize the pH of any liquid, add several drops of Alkalizer. Acid build-up is one of the main factors in arthritis, as is, uric acid in Gout.
Note: People with arthritis should not ingest tomatoes, egg plant, bell pepper and potatoes, as they produce a toxin that will aggravate arthritis and may cause additional pain. |
