You can easily test your pH and see the change happen quickly. It takes only 1-4 weeks to bring about a pH change in the body (either direction) and the way to monitor this is to test both your urine and your saliva pH first thing every morning and keep a journal to track your progress. Urine is supposed to be slightly acidic (6-7) and saliva slightly alkaline (7-8). There are more complicated pH processes to use, but this one is good enough to start with.
