How do I use Digestive Stimulator?
 
This formula was designed to aid our cleansing and detox formulas in helping to remove toxins from the body.* It is also effective for occasional constipation.*

Dosage
 
Because digestive problems are different for everyone, there is no fixed dosage.   

Start by taking the suggested dosage right before dinner. The goal is to have 3 soft bowel movements per day, assuming that you eat 3 meals per day. It might take a few days to achieve this goal. That's okay. We recommend that you increase the dosage each evening by one capsule until you get it just right; then continue taking this daily dosage until you run out of capsules. If you are using it along with one of our cleansing products we recommend that you follow the same procedure. Digestive Stimulator is non-addictive and loving to your body.
 

For Constipation
Use our Colon Cleansing Kit, and follow that with our Parasite Cleansing Kit.  After that, take 1-3 capsules of Digestive Stimulator and a packet of Toxin Absorber before bed for 8-12 months. Increase the benefits of our products with daily exercise, pure water, and a healthy diet. If you want to, you can relieve occasional constipation.

For Difficulty Digesting Foods
If you have difficulty digesting a specific meal, then use our Digestive Support (Caution: Do not use if you have ulcers).

Caution
Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use. Because of the Ginger root, consult your healthcare provider before using, if you have gallstones, peptic ulcers, or take anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs.

The Licorice root has a glycyrrhizin content of less than 1 milligram(mg) per capsule. Taking amounts of 100 mg/day or less have been found free of adverse effects. As a precaution, those with diabetes, high blood pressure, or taking cardiac medications, should ask their healthcare provider if this low level of glycyrrhizin in the Licorice root is safe for them to take.
